In particular, with regard to the REACH Regulation (Reg. EC 1907/2006), the Fairchemical decided to follow the guidelines set by that regulation, which provide for the communication of any SVHC (Substance of Very High Concern), through Material Safety Data Sheet.
In addition, if a substance was inserted in att. XVI of the reg. REACH, this information will be mentioned in the same way on the Material Safety Data Sheet of the product.
Fairchemical is distributor of ALTAIR CHEMICAL S.r.l. for Chloroparaffins ESSECHLOR, which production is based in Saline di Volterra (Tuscany, Italy).
Chloroparaffins are obtained through an innovative process, carried out using the best technology and materials available on the market.
The ESSECHLOR are formulated to ensure an high level of stability even at high temperatures. The appearance and particular transparency give to the products an extra added value.

We take inspiration from the seventh page of the Green Paper (submitted by the Commission of the European communities. Bruxelles, 18.07.2001 COM -2001- 366 definitive, where we can find the definition commonly accepted of Corporate Social Responsibility:
